Please read these instructions very carefully. The online registration of students is new this year. Teachers will register their students directly into the Fair database. You might want to print a hard copy of this page of instructions.

• The links to the Rules, Rubrics and Forms below are for your organizational and record keeping purposes only. Do not return to the Fair committee. If you fill the registration forms out prior to beginning the online registration process, you will move smoothly through the online registration pages.
  
  
• To access the forms, you need to do the following:
  
  - Right click on the below links and then click on 'Save Target as'
  - Save the file on your computer.
  - Fill out the appropriate forms then you may print them out for your records.

You are now ready to continue on to the online registration pages.

• The next page is the Pledge form. You will be asked for your home and school information; address, phone, email, etc. – have it handy.
  
  
• You will also be asked to create a username and a password. This will allow you to logon and access your “teacher homepage” on our system where you will register and edit your students entered in the competitions. Print the information page with your user name and password for your records after you click “submit”. You will also receive an automated email message with this information as a backup record. (The registration link is at the bottom of the page)
  
  
• You can then logon and register your students.
  
  
• When filling out the online registration forms for the competitions, type only one language, one level, and one event at a time. After you have finished registering the last student in each group, click on “Submit” and start over with the next language, level and event. Continue this process until you have registered all of your students.
  
  
• Please make sure all names of students you register are spelled correctly.  If a diacritical mark is needed, please include it as part of your spelling.  Use the “Insert” option in the task bar at the top of the page and select “Symbol” in the drop down menu to add these marks as needed.  You can also change the “Language of your computer program by going to the “Tools” option in the task bar and selecting “Language”.
  
  
• Remember, what you type in the registration form is what appears in our database, so please double check your typing to avoid errors
  
  
• You will be able to access your registered students for editing purposes at any time by logging back in and selecting the “Edit Student” link.
  
  
• You will also be able to print out copies of the lists of students you have registered.
